About the position

The Program Manager for the Renaissance Program is responsible for overseeing the Renaissance Store Technology Transformation Program, focusing on the implementation of an in-store ERP system as part of a broader Store Transformation initiative. This role requires managing multiple technology workstreams and collaborating closely with executive leadership and business teams to ensure alignment with overall transformation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage applications for competitive advantage.
  • Manage all critical project aspects including scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop project plans that include goals, strategy, schedule, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Adapt to a startup-like environment within a large company by wearing multiple hats.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align priorities with business objectives.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel.
  • Prepare project status reports and keep stakeholders informed of project status and issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline; M.B.A. or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong management and development skills.
  • Solid understanding of relevant technologies.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative solutions and present them to senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of business needs and ability to maintain customer trust and confidence.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to blend creative, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Experience with PPM tools such as Clarity, Daptiv, or Workfront is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with critical thinking and collaboration abilities.
  • Advanced understanding of business process analysis.
  • Strong command of English and good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
