The Program Manager for the Residential Mental Health Program is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Group Living Environment designed for individuals with serious mental illness. This position requires a commitment to ensuring that services provided are recovery-oriented and inclusive of families and significant others. The Program Manager will coordinate, deliver, and document evidence-based and trauma-informed clinical interventions, while also providing clinical supervision to the team. Adherence to all Center/ACCS policies and procedures, as well as compliance with state and local licensing and certification requirements, is essential. The role includes supervising Recovery Counselors and ensuring that the program meets the highest standards of care and support for its residents. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant clinical field or be enrolled in such a program, along with a minimum of one year of clinical experience working with mental health populations. Alternatively, a BA/BS degree in a related field with five years of experience in the mental health sector is acceptable. Experience in supporting individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders is preferred, along with training in various therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Supervisory experience is also preferred, as is a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The Program Manager must obtain First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire.
