About the position

The Program Manager, Retail Fixtures & Visual Merchandising is responsible for developing and planning beauty cosmetic fixtures that align with customer visions. This role is pivotal in driving the development of exceptional beauty product displays that enhance the shopping experience. The Program Manager will facilitate internal and external communication throughout the development process and work closely with cosmetic brands to ensure planograms meet merchandising requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive strategies for the design, development, and production of beauty cosmetic fixtures.
• Collaborate with sales, design, engineering, samples, project management, and manufacturing partners to innovate beauty fixtures.
• Assist in the flawless execution of developed projects.
• Guide customers through the planogramming process and navigate variations based on customer requirements.
• Review incoming requests, determine merchandise requirements, and communicate necessary updates.
• Monitor timelines and communicate project status to brands/clients.
• Provide weekly status updates to sales regarding planograms, subscriptions, and artwork.
• Set up sample planograms for customer review via video call or in person.
• Present and communicate challenges and solutions effectively to customers.
• Review incoming planograms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Analyst in the development, maintenance, and improvements of programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, product design, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the beauty or cosmetic industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and space planner software experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to assess current processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
