About the position

The Revenue Enablement Program Manager at monday.com is responsible for enhancing the performance and support of front-line managers globally. This role focuses on developing onboarding and continued education programs, ensuring alignment with regional training needs, and creating effective solutions to improve manager performance. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to establish competency models and manage communication strategies for process changes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high quality onboarding experience for front-line managers that embodies the monday culture.
  • Create programs and processes to enable front-line managers to coach and improve seller/IC performance.
  • Identify process and tooling gaps to deploy efficient and effective solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain Client-Facing Performance Competency Models.
  • Establish relationships with Leadership to iterate and improve program aspects.
  • Manage communication strategies around process changes for front-line managers.
  • Become an expert in monday.com products, go-to-market philosophy, and sales methodology.
  • Define program metrics and assess program impact/success.
  • Conduct skills gaps analysis to identify areas for improvement in team leaders' skills/processes.
  • Develop and monitor enablement metrics to measure training effectiveness and improvement.
  • Collaborate with global enablement and cross-departmental units for project and change management support.
  • Implement and reinforce Sales Methodology into program/process management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in program management, sales/revenue enablement, or learning/development program design within the SaaS industry.
  • Track record of developing and implementing data-driven programs at scale across multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated history of coaching colleagues around key role components with field experience.
  • Experience in building engaging content for training across multiple audiences.
  • Experience in presenting data-driven conversations to support program initiatives.
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated in meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Excels in clear communication and relationship building.
  • Passion for helping others develop and grow.
  • Proven history of establishing priorities across multiple initiatives in a changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Sales Enablement tools (Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with monday.com is a plus.

  • Experience in familiar Sales and Sales Enablement tools a huge plus (Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Guru, Articulate Rise, Highspot, Slack, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
