About the position

The position involves leading and implementing business processes within NVIDIA's Revenue Marketing Operations team, which is integral to the company's go-to-market strategy. The role focuses on analyzing sales and marketing data, managing the People.ai platform, and ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to drive revenue generation and enhance operational efficiency through AI and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Construct, lead, and implement business processes for the NVIDIA Worldwide Field Organization (WWFO).
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to provide data-driven recommendations for lead and campaign management.
  • Lead all aspects of the People.ai platform for NVIDIA's worldwide sales teams.
  • Coordinate user accounts and build automated processes for contact creation and sales activity data.
  • Collaborate with SFDC developer teams and sales operations to ensure integration between People.ai and Salesforce.
  • Work with the BI team to visualize data and attribute it to critical revenue metrics.
  • Calculate engagement scores for contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo for outbound sales campaigns.
  • Manage sales and business development users, ensuring data privacy compliance and effective sales campaigns.
  • Run the Revenue Marketing and Analytics organization's SCRUM using Click-up and JIRA.
  • Develop projects utilizing AI and the revenue marketing data science team to enhance outbound campaign processes.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • BS or BA in Business, Economics, Business Operations, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Validated experience in enterprise marketing or sales operations.
  • Ability to interpret and draw business insights from data.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to solve operational problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and data visualization skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to changing business directives and collaborative across multiple teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeanData, and People.ai.
  • Excellent storytelling skills for presenting findings clearly and precisely.
