About the position

The Program Manager for Risk, Compliance, and Integrity at Google will be responsible for defining strategies for controls testing and monitoring, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across various departments. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also optimizing program processes and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of assurance programs for domains such as planning, execution, reporting, and the development and continued optimization of program processes and practices.
  • Support the design and execution of controls testing and monitoring efforts to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and report risks. Prepare and present assurance related activities to internal and external executives and stakeholders.
  • Identify and document control deficiencies, and manage the remediation of issues and risk reviews.
  • Partner with other teams in Global Affairs, product areas and functions to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in compliance, risk management, or assurance.
  • Experience in Audit.
  • Multi-jurisdictional Controls experience within tech or global companies.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional partner teams.
  • Ability to analyze inputs, synthesize key attributes and recommend or deliver effective recommendations and outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, verbal, and written communication skills.
