About The Position
The Program Manager at EforAll in Roxbury is responsible for leading and supporting entrepreneurs and volunteers through various programs aimed at fostering inclusive entrepreneurship. This role involves direct engagement with community members, planning events, and representing the organization within the community. The Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure program quality and continuity, while also promoting the organization's mission of empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs.
