We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee initiatives that drive our enterprise's growth and scalability. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage multiple projects, engage with diverse organizational roles, and adapt to evolving business needs. This role involves close collaboration with various key stakeholders, focusing on standardization and sustainable growth. Immediate responsibilities include administering our Learning Management System (LMS) and internal knowledge base 'Wiki', with opportunities for growth through new projects and expanded duties.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, organize, train, maintain, and optimize various project-specific software applications (e.g., LMS, Wiki).
  • Oversee multiple projects, identify issues, propose resolutions, and ensure follow-up on key tasks, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Generate program analytics and reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Champion change initiatives by fostering buy-in and effectively communicating project goals and required actions.
  • Drive the administration and scheduling of all assigned projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure visibility and cohesiveness of various projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred.
  • BA/BS degree or experience in Industrial Engineering, Copywriting or other relevant field.
