About the position

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Program Manager - School Psychologist to join their team in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral support services including conducting functional behavioral assessments and generating behavioral support plans.
• Develop data collection methods and supervise direct service providers.
• Conduct needs assessments with school districts to address acute student and program needs.
• Partner effectively with school district leadership and teams to launch and implement programs.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• State license or certification as a School Psychologist - NASP preferred.
• 2-3 years minimum of working with or directly for school districts.
• Experience delivering a variety of direct behavioral support and program or professional development services.
• Prior training and experience in organizational behavior management and as a manager/leader of school-based behavioral support programs.
