E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager / Scrum Master to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the United States Air Force Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). ABMS is the service's overarching effort encompassing a new set of technologies, operational requirements, and warfighter integration efforts that will allow commanders and warfighters to share more and better information faster. The Program Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for the successful delivery of a program to a customer, managing the performance of tasks or projects as part of a larger program under the direction of another Program Manager. This role requires managing and integrating activities in accordance with contract requirements while ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. The Program Manager will define or contribute to the program baseline and execute the program to comply with baseline requirements. This includes managing risks, customer relationships, and program staffing. The role will utilize Agile techniques for proper planning, scheduling, costing, tracking of progress, risks, and program resources, while planning activities for the upcoming period and ensuring program resource utilization. As a Scrum Master, the individual will facilitate the team's progress toward goals, challenge old norms of development, and improve performance in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. They will help the team focus on daily and Iteration Goals in the context of current Program Increment (PI) Objectives. Additionally, the Scrum Master will lead team efforts in relentless improvement, helping the team take responsibility for their actions and facilitating retrospectives. They will support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and guiding the team while maintaining a healthy team dynamic regarding priorities and scope. The Scrum Master will also work to eliminate impediments that may block the team's progress, ensuring that the team can remain focused on achieving their objectives. Furthermore, the role includes supporting the ABMS CBC2 Software Factory Standup Review meeting with the Government to assess the team's progress on key efforts.
