The Program Manager, Organizational Development and Learning-Skills Management as a member of the Talent Management team, will provide subject matter expertise on the skill strategy to help ensure Ascension's workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to meet current and future business objectives. This role will also bring thought leadership and collaborate to design and implement solutions across skills, competencies, talent assessment and development, and workforce strategy that can be scaled across the system. We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to contribute expertise to our Talent Management and Organizational Development focus areas. This role will effectively execute Ascension's associate and leader skills strategy, which drives growth, improves performance, enhances our associate's experience, and supports the organization's overall success, programs, and development initiatives.
