About the position

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop project scope and deliverables.
  • Define required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Manage project portfolios and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive results through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools and PowerBI for project reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a business-related field.
  • 6 years of progressive experience in payment systems.
  • 5 years of information technology experience.
  • 3 years of portfolio project or product management experience.
  • Advanced experience in PowerBI and data analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of business concepts including accounting, finance, and workflow analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with credit union operations.
