About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in the role of Program Manager, Strategic Projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams with successful execution of strategic projects aimed at driving the company's growth and success. This individual should possess exceptional leadership and project management skills, along with a strategic mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and operational readiness. The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic projects including facilitating collaboration of the design, planning and execution to ensure capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
  • Serve as the central point of contact and lead for all project-related activities, managing project teams, communication, and resources effectively.
  • Facilitate and support a thorough analysis of current and future business requirements to identify and prioritize strategic projects that support the company's growth plans.
  • Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, and external partners, to drive collaboration, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in program management or project management roles, preferably in a strategic function.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, project management methodologies, and change management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Life and health insurance product and operational experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are highly desirable.
