About the position

The Program Manager position at Centerstone involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CMHC Crisis services grant at the Stride Crisis Diversion Center. This role is crucial for coordinating and implementing crisis services, supervising staff, and developing mobile crisis and diversion services to effectively serve the community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the direct service staff
• Manage the day-to-day program's clinical/administrative activities
• Work within budget
• Facilitate infrastructure development, including mobile crisis services and crisis diversion services
• Coordinate with local service providers and community partners
• Help develop services to include mobile crisis services and crisis diversion services
• Coordinate with the mobile crisis team
• Be a positive and supportive influence for clients and staff
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Five years of experience in a related field
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Master's level degree in counseling, psychology, or social work preferred
• Experience working in mental health and addictions
• Strong community connectedness
• Project planning and development experience preferred
