About the position

The Program Manager - SuccessFactors will lead the strategic implementation of SAP SuccessFactors' HRIS, focusing on transforming and modernizing HR operations across the U.S. This role is crucial for standardizing HR processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless transition to centralized HR systems. The Program Manager will have a significant impact on workforce management in a high-growth environment and will be instrumental in delivering a successful enterprise-level solution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic implementation of SAP SuccessFactors' HRIS.
  • Transform and modernize HR operations across the U.S.
  • Focus on critical modules such as Employee Central, EC Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Standardize TA/HR/Ops processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive a seamless transition to centralized HR systems.
  • Coordinate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with SuccessFactors implementation and management.
  • Strong project management skills in Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee Central, Payroll, and Finance Operations.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
