About the position

The Program Manager, TA Integration at LyondellBasell is responsible for leading and influencing the integration of Global Projects (GP) with Turnaround (TA) operations. This role serves as the primary contact for GP-related capital projects, ensuring effective collaboration between GP and TA teams to meet project timelines and deliverables. The position requires business travel to various sites for project preparation and execution, emphasizing the importance of safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to enable the organization to achieve GoalZERO HSE performance.
• Drive GP/TA adoption of the Project Integrations Requirements.
• Develop overall turnaround and capital project integration plans in partnership with the Manager, Turnaround & Capital Project Integration, NA.
• Work with Project Managers, Turnaround Teams, and Engineering Contractors to develop recovery plans when deliverable timing is at risk.
• Develop transition plans to clarify responsibilities between the Capital Project and the Turnaround.
• Leverage OR framework/rigor knowledge and apply to GP/TA Integrations.
• Participate as a member of the Turnaround Event Management / Steering Teams.
• Collaborate with GP, TA, and Construction Managers to develop integrated strategies per the position success criteria.
• Manage and lead GP/TA integration improvement efforts.
• Communicate status, key performance indicators, and metrics to affected personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a process plant or comparable environment.
• Prior turnaround/project experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• SAP, Primavera, and PowerBi skills preferred.
