About the position

The Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology will play a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment processes through innovative tools and systems. This position involves collaboration with various teams to design, implement, and improve Talent Acquisition tools, ensuring efficient recruitment operations and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Business Technology teams to manage requirements, system updates, and enhancements.
  • Build and improve Talent Acquisition processes throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to engineering when necessary.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and define requirements for Talent Acquisition tools.
  • Liaise with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Engineering teams for planning and execution of system updates.
  • Monitor the health and performance of systems and tools within the Talent Acquisition sector.
  • Support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities, upgrades, and patches.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and engagement in RFP processes when necessary.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers on the TA Technology team to execute against deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years administering or supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) tools (e.g., Oracle, iCIMs, SHL, Beamery).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Self-starter attitude, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong sense of curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
