The Talent Partnerships Team is tasked with helping deliver fully staffed and stable teams by making long-term investments in new pools of clinical talent. We do this by building long-term candidate sourcing pipelines with our partners, tapping into new pools of clinical talent including partnering with academic institutions and international recruiting agencies, and crafting compelling offers, internship experiences, and first-year programming. The scope of this role is to manage the programs that support the placement of students for internships, observations, and clinical rotations in our Field. This Program Manager must be driven to deliver service excellence, support our team of Program Administrators, and think outside the box to drive process improvement.
