The Program Manager Tech 3 role at BCforward involves overseeing the experimentation process for the Minecraft Web Team, ensuring efficient delivery of web-based solutions. This role is crucial for enabling product teams to maximize the impact of their experimentation initiatives while maintaining a healthy internal platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage team experimentation process across intake/review/development/analysis
• Manage team experimentation team backlog and stakeholder communication
• Partner with product teams and partners to support ease burden of experimentation efforts
• Analyze experiments, contextualize results, and distill learnings for stakeholders
• Ensure our process remains efficient, democratic, and impactful

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with technical project management, delivery solutions via a web-based platform
• 4+ years experience with running experimentation on the web or similar application platforms
• 4+ years experience with data analytics platforms and data analysis
• 2+ years experience working with experimentation as part of product engineering/optimization

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years experience with customer-focused data analysis
