The Program Manager Tech 3 role at Mojang Studios focuses on managing the experimentation process for the Minecraft Web Team. The role involves a mix of meetings and hands-on work, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication with both onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage team experimentation process across intake, review, development, and analysis.
• Manage team experimentation backlog and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with product teams and partners to ease the burden of experimentation efforts.
• Analyze experiments, contextualize results, and distill learnings for stakeholders.
• Ensure the experimentation process remains efficient, democratic, and impactful.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a cross-functional technical PM for web or other online product.
• 2+ years experience working with experimentation as part of product engineering/optimization.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years experience with customer-focused data analysis.
