About the position

The Program Manager - Tech at International Motors, LLC is responsible for overseeing technical project and program management, ensuring quality improvements, and implementing corrective actions based on Six Sigma methodologies. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to manage multiple projects while impacting key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and defect reduction.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality concerns using Six Sigma methodology and establish measurement metrics.
• Utilize project management tools such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Lean, and Waterfalls to address quality issues.
• Define prioritization criteria for multiple concerns and execute time-sensitive actions using analytical methods.
• Impact company KPIs related to customer satisfaction and defect reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of technical project/program management experience including 1 year of lead experience OR
• Master's degree and 6 years of technical project/program management experience including 1 year of lead experience OR
• 10 years of technical project/program management experience including 1 year of lead experience.
• Experience in assessing quality concerns using Six Sigma methodology (2 years).
• Experience using project management tools (2 years).
• Experience in defining concerns into prioritization criteria and executing responsive actions (2 years).
• Experience impacting company KPIs related to customer satisfaction (2 years).
