About The Position

The Program Manager, Threat Management is responsible for overseeing the security threat management and investigations program at Auto Club Enterprises (ACE). This role involves conducting threat assessments, performing behavior profiling, utilizing investigative tools, and recommending threat mitigation measures. The manager will also assist in the analysis and preparation of intelligence briefings regarding risks that could impact operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains all threat management and investigation procedures.
  • Responds to various incident alerts/threats, assesses conditions based on intelligence, and makes notification decisions.
  • Activates and coordinates emergency response procedures and maintains situational information during incidents.
  • Develops and maintains a threat management database to track threats/risks to ACE operations.
  • Works with the Workplace Violence Committee to provide threat assessment and behavior analysis expertise.
  • Prepares and conducts security threat awareness training across the enterprise.
  • Conducts internal and external security investigations and maintains an investigation database.
  • Assists in developing Event Action Plans (EAP) from a threat intelligence perspective.
  • Coordinates threat management intelligence gathering for special events.
  • Facilitates the collection, analysis, and preparation of intelligence briefings, including daily briefs and white papers on emerging threats.
  • Performs physical security threat assessments of ACE facilities and recommends appropriate security measures.
  • Participates in budget development and oversight for the threat management program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
