About the position

The Program Manager will oversee a large-scale program with over 100 personnel, focusing on enterprise cybersecurity and supply chain risk management. This role requires a strong background in program management, particularly in government programs with significant budgets, and necessitates an active TS/SCI clearance. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security requirements and improving procurement functions related to information security.

Responsibilities

  • Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
  • Provide enterprise cybersecurity and supply chain risk management guidance for the development of Continuity of Operations Plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of procurement functions in addressing information security requirements and supply chain risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop contract language to ensure supply chain, system, network, and operational security requirements are met.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder in IT operational processes and functions that support the service, providing direction and monitoring all significant activities to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Manage internal relationships with IT process owners supporting the service, assisting with the definition and agreement of Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Ensure that supply chain, system, network, performance, and cybersecurity requirements are included in contract language and delivered.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience managing a government program over the $60 million in annual spend.
  • Top Secret Clearance/SCI.
  • Current PMP Certification.
  • CISSP Certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
  • Understanding of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to cybersecurity and privacy.
  • Familiarity with system life cycle management principles, including software security and usability.
  • Knowledge of organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models (e.g., Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development, CMMI for Services, and CMMI for Acquisitions).
