About the position

Alcon is seeking a Program Manager for its Digital Health team, focusing on Value Assurance. This role involves collaborating with the Program Delivery Leader to ensure the successful delivery of digital health products. The Program Manager will track and analyze metrics to meet program goals, contributing to the innovation of life-changing vision products. Responsibilities

• Define mechanisms to track OKRs across digital products and platforms and transformation program.
• Prepare for bi-weekly updates/sprint planning on program performance.
• Define metrics and create consistent dashboards, providing training for their use.
• Prepare and execute OKR components of QBR offsites.
• Coordinate activities to prepare teams for QBRs and Digital Health Board meetings.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and insights, making recommendations for program improvement.
• Support annual budgeting and resource allocation process for digital product and platform teams.
• Develop insights and recommendations on resource allocation.
• Facilitate biweekly touchpoints with Program Coordinator to prepare for sprint retro/planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management roles, focusing on metrics and dashboards development and implementation.
• Experience working in SaaS or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Familiarity with machine learning and analytics in healthcare.
