About the position

The Program Manager for Value Stream in the Automotive sector at Capgemini is responsible for leading all aspects of value-stream features from an Integrated Control and Automation Systems (ICAS) perspective. This role involves planning design and validation activities, creating use-cases and test cases, and validating features in-vehicle. The Program Manager will also present updates to leadership regarding risks and overall status of the value-stream features.

Responsibilities

• Lead all value-stream features topics from an ICAS standpoint.
• Attend all value stream topic meetings with the SWx product team.
• Properly plan all design and validation activities for the full list of value-stream features.
• Lead the creation of use-cases for all value-stream features.
• Lead the creation of test cases for all value-stream features.
• Lead the validation of all value-stream features in-vehicle through collaboration with other ICAS team members.
• Present weekly updates to leadership to showcase any risks, roadblocks, and overall status for all value-stream features.
