The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing project progress, identifying potential risks, and maintaining respectful relationships even in challenging situations. A key focus will be on continuous process improvement, which involves scoping tool enhancements, leveraging data analytics to refine key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes. Effective communication is essential, as the Program Manager will need to convey prioritization and operational decisions to a broader team, driving consensus and ensuring proper implementation of those decisions. In addition to managing existing resources effectively, the Program Manager will advocate for Vendor Partners, working closely with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to facilitate smooth changes. The role demands the ability to navigate dynamic and evolving requirements with minimal guidance, prioritizing competing needs through sound reasoning and innovative solutions. The Program Manager will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation standards and procedural expectations, utilizing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis to support data-driven decision-making processes. This position allows for telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S., providing flexibility in the work environment.
