Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta), formerly known as Facebook Inc., is seeking a Program Manager for Vendor Change Management. This role is pivotal in coordinating planning and execution for multiple Vendor Change Management projects that support our product and operations partners. The Program Manager will be accountable for project progress, ensuring that any potential delays or issues are flagged promptly while maintaining respectful relationships even in challenging situations. Continuous process improvement is a key focus, which involves scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to enhance key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes. The Program Manager will communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team, driving consensus and ensuring proper implementation of these decisions. This role requires facilitating discussions and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage resources effectively. The Program Manager will also manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts, advocating for Vendor Partners and working closely with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure smooth rollouts of changes. In this dynamic role, the Program Manager will need to manage evolving requirements with limited guidance, prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning, and provide creative solutions. The ability to seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical environments is essential. The Program Manager will create and maintain documentation standards and procedural expectations, and will be responsible for using SQL queries to retrieve data and conduct analyses that support data-driven decision-making processes. Additionally, the Program Manager will contribute to program processes, tracking tools, and best practices in project and program management, initiating improvements as necessary to scale effectively as the organization grows. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted, providing flexibility in the work environment.
