As a Program Manager for Vendor Change Management at Meta, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects that support our product and operations partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure project progress, proactively flagging any potential issues or deadlines that may be at risk while maintaining respectful relationships even in challenging situations. You will focus on continuous process improvement by scoping tool enhancements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes. In this role, you will communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team, driving consensus and ensuring that these decisions are effectively implemented. You will facilitate discussions and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage existing resources efficiently. Additionally, you will manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts, advocating for our Vendor Partners while working closely with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure smooth rollouts of changes. You will be expected to manage dynamic and growing requirements with limited guidance, prioritizing competing needs with sound reasoning and creative solutions. The ability to seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical environments is essential. You will also create and maintain documentation standards and procedural expectations, ensuring clarity and consistency across projects. A key aspect of your role will involve using SQL queries to retrieve data and conduct analyses that support data-driven decision-making processes. Furthermore, you will contribute to program processes, tracking tools, and best practices in project and program management, initiating improvements as necessary to scale effectively as the organization grows. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted, providing flexibility in your work environment.
