About the position

As a Program Manager for Vendor Change Management at Meta, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects that support our product and operations partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure project progress, proactively flagging any potential issues or deadlines that may be at risk while maintaining respectful relationships even in challenging situations. You will focus on continuous process improvement by scoping tool enhancements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes. In this role, you will communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team, driving consensus and ensuring that these decisions are effectively implemented.
