About the position

The Program Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is responsible for developing and sustaining community relationships to enhance the Club's presence and programming. This role involves leading partnerships with community organizations and schools, ensuring compliance with programming requirements, and evaluating program effectiveness to meet the needs of youth. The Program Manager plays a crucial role in creating an outcome-driven experience for children and youth in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with community organizations and regional school systems.
• Lead and cultivate partnerships to advance programs at the Club site.
• Ensure all foundational programming requirements are met, including curriculum-based programs.
• Track and report all grant requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to programs based on youth needs and interests.
• Plan and implement youth programs effectively.
• Provide support, coaching, and feedback to direct and indirect reports.
• Assist with performance management and development of employees.
• Support site-level onboarding of new hires and monitor timekeeping records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited institution in education, human or social services, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years of direct service experience with youth.
• Spanish Teaching Certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
