About the position

The Program Manager WFL Div at HCA Healthcare is responsible for managing the operational performance related to revenue flow, provider credentialing and enrollment, HR, and payroll for all providers in HM / EM programs. This role involves overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of credentialing, and maintaining effective communication with providers and medical staff. The Program Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the healthcare system's operational efficiency and enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding process for assigned programs including all day-to-day operations.
  • Manage provider credentialing and enrollment process to expedite revenue flow.
  • Update and maintain all provider enrollment/credentialing files as necessary.
  • Complete all necessary steps for provider terminations to stop the enrollment process.
  • Provide effective communication with providers and Medical Staff Office personnel about progress and status of staff privileges.
  • Manage the development of documentation methods utilized in the onboarding process.
  • Maintain and store documentation throughout the onboarding process through Practice Greenlight.
  • Coordinate the receipt, processing, and completion of all items required for the HR onboarding process.
  • Complete and update CAQH for all program providers.
  • Process information about proposed provider changes from management and medical directors.
  • Facilitate coordination with Health Care Indemnity, Inc. for coverage of professional and general liability for providers.
  • Administer provider scheduling via online scheduling platform.
  • Manage the payroll process for providers ensuring accurate reporting of time and schedule changes.
  • Coordinate with Service Center departments to resolve outstanding items from Provider Enrollment, HR, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Billing Collection Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health or business administration or related field
  • 2 years' experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience related to project management, physician practice management, or support service operations is preferred.
