About the position

Trissential is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications to join our client team in a primarily remote role, with occasional onsite work in Green Bay, WI as needed. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires a focus on change management, effective communication strategies, and leadership across a program of work. The Program Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and will drive the overall vision and strategy. Experience with Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) initiatives is a plus. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and management of multiple related projects within the program
• Ensure all projects within the program align with the strategic goals and deliverables of the organization
• Develop and implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to support program objectives
• Design and execute communication plans that manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency across the program
• Manage program budgets, resources, and risks at a macro level
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams to ensure consistency and integration across the program
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and other team members
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
• Lead the implementation of BYOD initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes (if applicable)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certification or formal training in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on OCM and communications
• Proven track record of managing complex programs involving multiple projects and high-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with BYOD initiatives and their integration into organizational frameworks (preferred)
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts across multiple projects
• Proficiency in program and project management software and tools
• Ability to navigate complex client environments with professionalism and adaptability
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
