About the position

The Program Manager for Workday Adaptive Implementation at Raytheon Technologies will lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, focusing on enhancing strategic and operational workforce planning capabilities across the enterprise. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, as the Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution aligned with organizational goals, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget, and timeline.
  • Act as a key liaison between business unit stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Provide expert consultation on workforce planning best practices and leverage Workday Adaptive to optimize business processes and financial outcomes.
  • Establish and manage program governance, including project plans, business case development, milestones, and risk assessments in partnership with the HR technology team.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring that deliverables meet organizational needs and standards.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to track progress, budgets, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in program or project management, with a focus on HR or financial systems implementations and business transformation.
  • Previous experience in Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar tools) implementation, from planning through to execution and post go-live support.
  • Previous experience in strategic and operational workforce planning process and best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
