About the position

The Program Manager is essential for the effective execution of the facilities management strategy at the site. This role focuses on process management and improvement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the team. The Program Manager will collaborate across departments, manage projects and timelines, assist with executive presentations, and implement new technologies while managing change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for strategic initiatives in Operations.
• Identify, analyze, and optimize existing operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Facilitate collaboration among external vendors and internal departments to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Create and present documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles, preferably in a retail or apparel environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Experience with change management principles and practices.
