About the position

B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and support contract operations at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, ensuring the efficient execution of contract objectives and compliance with government requirements. This role involves directing a team of approximately 15 contractor personnel, coordinating various military personnel administrative services, and ensuring project goals align with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for a team tasked with comprehensive military personnel support at the Military Personnel Office (MPO), including personnel information systems, strength reporting, and transition processing.
• Adhere to requirements for personnel tasks, including assignment management, readiness processing, records maintenance, and casualty reporting.
• Submit required documentation, including resumes for key personnel, to the COR.
• Oversee personnel information systems such as iPERMS and IPPS-A, ensuring system access, data accuracy, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Implement and supervise processes for personnel records, Soldier readiness, assignments, and military personnel actions.
• Provide support for 90+ garrison-supported organizations and manage workloads.
• Oversee the development and implementation of contingency plans as required by APG's installation mobilization and disaster response plans.
• Maintain comprehensive records and reports on activities, workload, corrective actions, and contract performance.
• Submit monthly status reports to the KO, COR, and Chief MPO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Statistics, or Business Management from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years in management and supervisory roles, with experience in technical programs/projects and military human resource workflows.
• Must hold or be eligible for a SECRET security clearance.
