About the position

The Program Manager will oversee and enhance the Combat Integration & Identification Systems (CI&IDS) Division Management Support program at Webster Field, St. Inigoes, Maryland. This role involves managing project execution, financial oversight, and personnel development while ensuring alignment with both SAIC's and the customer's Program Management initiatives. The position requires regular interaction with various stakeholders to ensure contract objectives are met and to foster a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Regular interaction with the prime for continued review and development of personnel staffing to ensure all contract objectives are properly executed.
  • Developing and submitting weekly status reports to Leadership and monthly status reports to the Prime.
  • Maintaining prescribed financial controls and assuring the integrity of financial matters concerning subcontractor support.
  • Coordinating efforts with supporting organizations including contracts, procurement, project control, finance, and human resources related to the staffing/funding of the contract.
  • Regular interaction across all levels of management, including customer negotiations and influencing leadership for optimal business solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of staff and the free flow of information throughout the organization.
  • Leading and guiding the work of the project support staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; Master's degree desired.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the field or in a related area, with at least three (3+) of the most recent five years directly supporting project management functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects and generate analytics tools, processes, deliverables, direct execution, and collaborate with customers and staff.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of a contract including financial, reporting, personnel management, technical, planning, and subcontracting.
  • Executive level liaison with company leadership as well as customer leadership on a regular basis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Navy ERP experience is a plus.
  • Active Secret clearance is required.
