About the position

The Program Manager will lead the (re)launch of the Digital Sampling initiative, focusing on engaging building materials manufacturers and fostering strong relationships. This role is crucial for securing large account partnerships and facilitating the beta program, ensuring a seamless feedback loop between manufacturers and the product team. The Program Manager will document feedback, work closely with the Product Leader, and drive the successful execution of the program from beta to paid commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic plan for the 2025 relaunch of the Digital Sampling Program, focusing on attracting and securing partnerships with building materials manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with manufacturers, ensuring timely feedback and alignment with program objectives.
  • Manage the beta offering, ensuring successful onboarding of brands, data acquisition, and meaningful engagement with the platform.
  • Capture all feedback from manufacturers and program members to inform product iterations and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure feedback shapes the product roadmap.
  • Conduct 2+ rounds of product iteration during the beta phase, incorporating feedback from manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with the catalog team to assist in the integration and quality of manufacturer data to ensure it aligns with digital platform requirements.
  • Lead the transition from beta to long-term partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business development, or partnership management, ideally within building materials, manufacturing, or digital platforms.
  • Proven success in managing relationships with large accounts and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Experience working with product teams on data-driven product iterations and feedback loops.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with external partners and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, especially in documenting feedback and ensuring data quality.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry experience in Architecture & Design (A&D) highly preferred.
  • Knowledge in digital product management.
