About the position

The Program Manager at Murrow Indian Children's Home is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Level-B residential facility that provides a home for Native American children. This role requires a mission-driven individual with strong organizational and leadership skills, who can effectively manage a team and ensure the well-being of the children in care. The position emphasizes the importance of cultural appreciation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Provide leadership and support to staff members.
• Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the children.
• Maintain effective communication with children, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the program.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field with three years of experience in children's services, or
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with two years of experience in children's services, or
• Doctorate in a related field with one year of experience in children's services.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a fingerprinted background check.
