About the position

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving technology transformation initiatives within the organization. This position involves co-leading the delivery of strategic objectives, formulating corporate technology strategies, and ensuring alignment with business leaders. The Program Manager will oversee complex initiatives, engage with stakeholders, and promote best practices to achieve desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the delivery of one or more Strategic Objectives.
  • Develop, formulate, and communicate corporate technology strategies and objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to design and advance technology strategies.
  • Support the execution of complex initiatives across large teams and geographies.
  • Monitor market trends and evaluate organizational performance against targets.
  • Serve as a liaison across stakeholders to support a best-in-class transformation operating model.
  • Create a motivating work environment that recognizes and rewards strong performance.
  • Establish performance indicators for monitoring results versus objectives.
  • Promote the sharing of best practices and knowledge to address risks and priorities.
  • Guide multi-disciplinary teams through large-scale transformational changes.
  • Oversee the implementation of a strategic enterprise initiative governance framework.
  • Provide transparency to senior leadership regarding initiative progress.
  • Develop communications content for various organizational levels.
  • Ensure follow-up on critical items and drive accountability through documentation.
  • Build credibility with teams and leverage business acumen to support understanding of the organization.
  • Encourage the use of Transformation Delivery Tools for effective decision-making.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Educate team members on institutional knowledge and business processes.
  • Lead diverse work groups to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Set pace and drive accountability alongside senior leaders.
  • Champion new transformation delivery tools and techniques.
  • Support governance practices and influence key measures of success for initiatives.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members on their development.
  • Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and implement internal controls.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program/project management, particularly in technology transformation.
  • Strong understanding of strategy and innovation methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise governance and transformation delivery best practices.
  • Experience in digital transformation/migration in banking.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for developing tailored content and artifacts.
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex changes.
  • Ability to monitor market trends and evaluate organizational performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Change Management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with performance measurement and customer experience strategies.
