About the position

The Program Manager is responsible for the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies between various projects. This role involves managing a matrix group of employees and contractors to achieve coordinated benefits while adhering to constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget. The Program Manager will work closely with executive sponsors and management to ensure the objectives of corporate programs are met, while also monitoring progress and assessing risks to maintain program viability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables for corporate programs.
• Lead project managers and work group leaders in developing and maintaining comprehensive plans for corporate programs.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to focus resources on successful program delivery.
• Work with executive sponsors to achieve corporate program objectives and understand business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and financial health of projects within a corporate program.
• Direct corrective actions as needed to maintain program viability and report to executive teams on progress and strategies.
• Assess risks to program success and develop risk mitigation strategies and plans.
• Partner with procurement to develop and execute service/asset contract strategies.
• Manage vendors according to contract responsibilities.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of work experience in project management or delivering business solutions using information technology.
• High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology Management preferred; MBA or Master's Degree in a related area is a plus.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management preferred.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range from $78,900 to $146,000 based on qualifications and experience.
