About the position

The Program Manager - Global Divestiture is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the divestiture of specific business units or assets on a global scale. This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Divestiture Strategy: Create a comprehensive divestiture plan, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, legal teams, financial advisors, and potential buyers.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the divestiture process.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the divestiture is completed on time and within budget.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor financial aspects of the divestiture, including valuation, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Compliance and Legal: Ensure all divestiture activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• A four-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering
• Global program deployment experience
• Enterprise divestiture experience
• M&A experience
• Recent manufacturing industry experience
