About the position
The Program Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year external client facing programs within a business unit. This role is crucial in supporting business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives. The Program Manager may have responsibility for a piece of a larger enterprise or regional external client facing program. In this position, the Program Manager will manage and coordinate the development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing external client facing programs. This includes developing the program budget and ensuring that the program meets its stated objectives. The Program Manager will also provide subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day external client facing business issues, ensuring that the programs are aligned with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing external client facing relationships and partnering with corporate and regional business areas. This role will also involve coordinating training related to the external client facing program, developing program success measures, and performing periodic assessments of program success to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities

- Provide subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day external client facing business issues.
- Research applicable subject matter practices and remain aware of industry trends.
- Manage external client facing relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas.
- Coordinate training related to external client facing program.
- Develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of program success.
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
Nice-to-haves
