About the position

The Salesforce Program Manager is responsible for overseeing testing activities related to Salesforce CRM, ensuring effective application of test processes and tools. This role involves analyzing, developing, and executing test cases, managing testing activities, and delivering test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards. The position requires strong experience in Salesforce testing, API testing, and automation framework design, with a focus on continuous improvement of testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and execute efficient and effective Test Cases/Test Scripts/Test Data for new state-specific requirements and enhancements.
• Design, develop, and implement automated tests in ATDD and BDD Frameworks.
• Write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber, and Rest Assured for Web and API test automation.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and support onshore/offshore teams with testing and defect resolution.
• Participate in Release Gateway meetings, code, design reviews, and production checkouts.
• Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and operational guidelines.
• Perform peer reviews for automated tests developed by team members.
• Continuously improve test processes through Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage and coordinate all testing activities on assigned projects, including defining testing approach and effort estimation.
• Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of strong testing experience in Salesforce CRM including standard/custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and sharing rules.
• Good knowledge of data loader for bulk data operations in Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, system integration, and data migration testing.
• Experience with API testing in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in automation framework design and implementation.
• Experience in writing and executing automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
• Familiarity with test management tools and processes.
