About the position

The Program Manager at TeAM Inc. is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects related to medical readiness solutions for the Army National Guard. This senior-level position requires extensive experience in project management, collaboration with various departments, and regular interaction with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and human resources departments for seamless project execution.
  • Regularly interact with clients and stakeholders to align project goals with customer expectations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
  • Allocate project resources efficiently and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience in government contracting and familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
