About the position

The Program Manager role is focused on overseeing and managing project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope within a technical environment. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and adherence to project management processes, ultimately delivering technology and business application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
• Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
• Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements, system architecture and engineering development plans
• Facilitate cross functional teams communication within multiple layers of computing system
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering)
• Experience using ADO
• Experience with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
• 2-4 years experience as a project manager or R&D engineering manager
• Proven project management experience
• People management and team building skills
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
