About the position

The Program Manager role at Robert Half involves overseeing various aspects of the marketing strategy, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, and collaboration across teams. This long-term contract position is crucial for aligning marketing strategies with execution and ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the planning and prioritization process for the marketing team to align strategy with execution, spending, and ROI objectives.
  • Identify essential decision-making points during program execution and align teams and resources for smooth progress and timely resolutions.
  • Regularly collect, analyze, and report on key metrics and deliverables, using this data to assess performance and guide future marketing plans.
  • Foster collaboration across various teams including content, product marketing, performance marketing, growth, revenue, and GTM/marketing operations to ensure demand generation and integrated marketing goals are met.
  • Oversee the project management of marketing campaigns, ensuring clear deliverables, deadlines, and high-quality, on-time launches.
  • Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, IBM, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Communication, Compliance, Asana, Deliver Presentations, Presentation Decks, Microsoft Excel, Project Management to increase communication and productivity across marketing channels.
  • Work closely with channel owners and functional leads to enhance processes across email/lifecycle, performance marketing, and events, fostering a community-driven approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar managerial role.
  • Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM and IBM.
  • Familiarity with 'About Time', Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Compliance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and create presentation decks.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Project Management software.
  • Knowledge of Asana and other project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
