About the position

This position is responsible for the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex corporate programs that require cross-functional collaboration. The role involves managing a matrix group of employees and contractors to achieve coordinated benefits while adhering to constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget. The individual will work closely with management and executive sponsors to ensure the objectives of the corporate program are met, while also monitoring progress and evaluating financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables for corporate programs.
  • Lead project managers and work group leaders in developing and maintaining comprehensive plans.
  • Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful delivery of corporate programs.
  • Work with executive sponsors to achieve program objectives and understand business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and financial health of projects within the program.
  • Direct corrective actions as needed to maintain program viability.
  • Report to the executive team on program progress and strategies.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful program outcomes.
  • Manage vendor responsibilities as outlined in contracts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 7-10 years of work experience in project management or delivering business solutions using IT.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology Management preferred.
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Technology Management-related area preferred.
  • PMP or Certification in Project Management preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range from $78,900 to $146,000 based on qualifications and experience.
