About the position

The Program Manager will lead the rollout of the nCino program across multiple business units within a Fortune 500 financial and banking organization. This role is crucial for ensuring effective change delivery and user adoption, while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of the nCino program across various business units.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and foster collaboration to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively to meet business goals.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption processes to ensure long-term success.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align nCino implementation with business objectives.
• Oversee the use of Confluence and Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate project updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a financial service or banking organization as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong consulting experience, with the ability to engage stakeholders, understand business needs, and guide teams to solutions.
• Experience with nCino, Confluence, and Jira is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams through ambiguity.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing program risk.
