About the position

The Program Manager will support the U.S. Operational Resilience Program within the Global Banking & Markets division, focusing on regulatory compliance and business process improvements. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, preparation of documentation, and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate with the team in understanding the regulatory framework and developing systems for compliance.
• Work closely with the PMO Project Manager on the U.S. Operational Resilience delivery.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Attend program meetings, take meeting minutes, and serve as program secretary.
• Maintain project-related documentation including meeting minutes, Risks & Issues logs, and project plans.
• Perform administrative duties such as folder organization and calendar management.
• Maintain databases and internal tools for tracking progress and documentation.
• Conduct research and manage one-off projects as required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Program Management Experience
• Experience leading Project Initiatives
• Familiarity with online project management tools and basic webpage maintenance
• Excellent PowerPoint skills

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant experience in Operational or Cyber Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Operational Risk or Third Party Management
