About the position

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing large and complex tasks related to federal programs, ensuring that technical solutions and schedules are met in a timely manner. This role involves collaboration with the Contract Manager, Contracting Officer, and various government personnel, focusing on the management of specific task assignments and monitoring staff performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract Manager in working with the Contracting Officer and government management personnel.
• Manage specific task assignments and ensure timely completion of technical solutions.
• Monitor staff performance for compliance with contract requirements.
• Oversee project development from inception to deployment.
• Manage multi-task contracts and/or sub-contracts of various types and complexity.

Requirements

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in project management.
• At least nine (9) years of specialized experience in project development and management.
• Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or sub-contracts.
• At least five years of experience managing end-to-end project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in ITIL processes and practices preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing Help Desk operations.
• Experience in information technology labor support contracts.
