About the position

The Program Manager at iLink Digital is responsible for overseeing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product development initiatives while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and feature adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to reach consensus and drive execution at various levels.
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to demonstrate and prototype integrations within the customer environment.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all activities, statuses, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Recognize potential challenges and collaborate with involved parties to manage them effectively.
  • Partner with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop to influence the product development roadmap.
  • Work with Sales/Business Development teams to identify and qualify business opportunities and convert prospects to customers.
  • Plan and execute feature launches across cross-functional teams and related sales enablement activities.
  • Produce collateral to aid feature launches and adoption, such as solution articles and client pitch decks.
  • Build and execute a quarterly plan to meet feature adoption goals.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of work experience with strong Program Management experience.
  • Track record of successfully completing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at solving problems creatively.
  • Passion for technology and for pushing new concepts, products, and services.
  • Strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and dispersed team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed in SDLC, with exposure to Agile and DevOps concepts.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
